APOLLONI

Davide Apolloni is professor of Literature and History, Specialist in History of Art and tourist guide also for english language.
He graduated in Literature at Padua University and has a postgraduate in History of Art achieved at Specialisation School in History of Art at Padua University.
He recived also two specializations for teaching - the first one at the Free University of Bolzano and the second one at the Udine University - and two annual masters, one in 'History of italian literature' and Civilization' and the other one in 'History and historiography of modern and contemporary age '.
He attended the specialization course on the "Sites of the Great War" (Asiago, April-July 2014), organized on the occasion of the centenary of the Great War (1914-2014), with the contribution of the Regional Tourism and Cultural Heritage Department of the Veneto Region.
He worked at the Cabinet of Prints and Drawings of the Castelvecchio's Museum in Verona and at the Institute of Art History of the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice, and has collaborated with numerous organizations and institutions including the Venetian Institute of Sciences, Letters and Arts and the Ecole du Louvre in Paris.
Author of '"Pietro Monaco e la “Raccolta di cento dodici stampe di pittura della storia sacra“ (Edizioni della Laguna, 2000) and many other contributions, as well as performing as a teacher, he continues his collaborations as an expert d 'art and cataloguer, and teaches courses and lessons in art history for various organizations and institutions.
He worked for many years as guide on board of the "Burchiello" along Brenta River, and at some historic houses and castles of the Veneto.
